I no longer live in Kingsport but drive there just to get food from Italianos! My husband loves the spaghetti with meat sauce and I love the Alfredo, pizza, and calzones. Everything is so flavorful and you get big portions for the price. If you like quality Italian food make sure to check them out! I've only ordered takeout so I'm not sure what it is like inside and cannot comment on that.
This is our favorite pizza place. I drive past many pizza places to get their pizza, wings, Stromboli, and cheese bread! Everything is always excellent!
